NeuroArts
Where Art Meets
the Nervous System
I am a visual artist and NeuroArts researcher at the University of Texas at Dallas. My work explores a single question: what does art do to the stressed body?
The projects below each approach that question from a different angle:
in the studio, in the community, and in conflict zones.
Between Beats
A Collective Biofeedback Installation Body
An immersive installation in which the space responds to the people inside. Participants enter a room of suspended fabric and shifting light that moves with the group in real time. Stress becomes something you can see as shared information.
