Is there a minimum rental period?

The minimum rental period for all artworks is three months. This gives you ample time to see if the artwork fits perfectly into your work and lifestyle.

 

What happens at the end of my rental?

You have several options:

1) If you have developed a strong bond with your artwork, you can purchase it based on the rental program you selected initially.

 

2) If you wish to switch things up and refresh your living space, choose something new from the Collection.

 

3) If you have decided to end the rental and return the artwork, please schedule a pickup. For off-site services, please provide a 15-day notice before your requested pickup date.

Do you charge an installation fee?

*Off-Site Delivery & Installation:

We charge a one-time fee of $125 for the delivery and installation of your rented art piece(s). You will receive an invoice for the entire rental period. At the time of the order, you pay the first month's rent and the one-time fee of $125 for delivery and installation. Afterward, the monthly rent is due at the beginning of each month.

What if I don't like the rented art?

We offer a great feature allowing you to swap your rented art if you are unsatisfied. After the 3-month minimum rental period, you can return the artwork and select an alternative. However, you must provide a 15-day notice of your intent to swap your art.

How do I handle and care for the art?

Please avoid touching the surface of any painting or sculpture, as skin oils and acids can cause stains that may result in permanent damage. Also, avoid placing the artwork in areas that receive direct sunlight or are subject to extreme temperatures and humidity.
